I've been using these for a while now for a situation where I found found my anxiety is exceptional high . They are easy to take and I have really noticed the benefits, they seem to take the edge of my anxiety levels sufficiently so that I can cope with the day without the physical effects of stress I normally feel

Been great so far. I’ve been taking 1 a day and then another if I know I’m going to be busy or feeling a bit snowed under at work. My mind feels much clearer and I find myself coping much better after stressful events.

Bought them for my daughter and they really do seem to work for her. She's happier to come out of her comfort zone and even when she does panic, she manages to think her way more clearly out of it. Just seems a happier more positive person all round.

I'm not sure if these are placebo or not but I did think these pills did help me a little. I had to do something out of my comfort zone last week over a couple of days and I was really anxious about it so it seemed a good time to give these a try. I won’t bore you with the details.

The pills themselves were pretty generic and easy to swallow, the pouch style of packaging isn't my favourite but that's not important. I didn’t notice any unpleasant taste or odour.

I don't know if I was calmer or just more focused or a bit of both, but I tackled my experience without drama, I was able to follow instructions and complete the task without feeling dread and despair which may sound dramatic but if you are reading this then there is a good chance you understand how debilitating anxiety can be if it gets the better of you.

I will definitely use these again when I feel the need. The price is fair given that you are getting so many. I would have no problem with recommending.
